Vitality and energy are by products of good health and are needed to achieve career success, excellent relationships, and many other goals. There are no guarantees, but here are some ideas for increasing your odds of having a long and healthy life.

1. Drink plenty of water. Much of our body and brain are made up of water. You need water to stay hydrated, to flush out toxins, to assimilate nutrients from food, and for your brain to function properly. Drinking plenty of water also keeps your skin from becoming dry and prematurely wrinkled from dehydration.

2. You need a little sunshine. It is true that you can get too much sun but we need some sunshine. Ten to twenty minutes of daily early morning or late evening sun is beneficial. Sunshine gives you vitamin D which you need so your bones can absorb calcium. Without enough vitamin D our bones can become brittle and break. It is unnatural to spend all of our time indoors. We need fresh air and a little sunshine to maintain excellent health.

3. Exercise is important. Our bodies need movement and physical activity. Proper exercise slows down our physical deterioration. We need three types of exercise: Flexibility, aerobic, and strength training. (more…)

Puberty, your monthly cycles, pregnancy, and menopause are all factors that promote an immense amount of fat storage. There are many ways in which you can aid your weightloss journey to bring you to your weightloss goals. I have in the past spoken about momentum and the benefits of being active, but I now I want to let you know of something else that will aid you to get to your perfect weight goal even more quickly. In our lives we have,if not all of us than most of us, kept a diary of events – either events to come or that have been and this has made these events important to us so that we remember and/or focus on them.

So if losing weight is important to you why not keep a diary? You could make notes of how you feel during your weightloss plan, how much exercise you’ve done or plan to do each day and whether you’ve been able to forfill this commitment. This could be very valuable information to you as you’ll be able to see how much effort you’re putting in verses how good you feel and how much weight you’ve lost. You can then judge for yourself how much you need to change this by to get to your desired result. Another thing that is a good idea to keep track of is your daily food intake and portion control. There is a very interesting finding in a study from Kaiser Permanente Health Research Centre in Oregon, USA of nearly 1700 overweight adults who followed a healthy eating and activity plan for 6 months. Female sexual dysfunction There are many problems that can prevent a woman enjoying relation. These include: * Lack of sexual desire * Inability to achieve arousal * Lack of orgasm or sexual climax * Painful relation These problems may have physical or psychological causes. The physical causes of sexual dysfunction can include diseases like diabetes, heart failure, nerve disorders or hormone problems.

Some drugs can also affect desire and function. Psychological causes of sexual dysfunction may include work-related stress and anxiety. Also concerns about depression or marital or relationship problems. For some women, the problem is a result of past sexual trauma. The problems of sexual dysfunction are common. If your problems last more than a few months to generate anxiety in yourself or your partner, you should consult a health professional. What is sexual dysfunction? Doctors call it “sexual dysfunction” when you have problems with relation. Both men and women can have it. There are four types of sexual problems in women.
