My name is William Messruther and I am an experienced dieting consultant.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I have been studying and working in this field for 6 years now.  In particular I spend most of my time studying the latest fad diets and wether or not they actually work, followed by the effects they can have on people.  So now you know a little about me, lets get back to the point of this article already!I have received a lot of emails recently from people asking about this diet program called The Simple Diet Guide, so I thought it was about time I checked this one out.  At first I thought, &#8220;Oh here we go, yet another money making machine on the loose trying to scam people out of their hard earned pennies!&#8221;, but to my amazement this was actually not the case!The Simple Diet Guide offers two packages, gold and platinum &#8211; both of which are reasonably priced.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For my studies I went with the Platinum package to see everything they have to offer.  Upon signing up and logging in, things are looking good already! The members area is nice and bold and has 6 main features which comprise of; a downloadable PDF which is the actual 60 page Dieting Guide, a Lifestyle Questionnaire, a Diet Generator, a Calorie Diary, a Printable Recipe Section, and a Community Forum. The main thing I want to talk about is the Diet Guide they offer.  I have read this from top to bottom and I can tell you that this is the real deal, seemingly written by professionals.<span id="more-957"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Very simple to understand, it tells you everything that you NEED to know about the Metabolism, Calories, Anabolism and Catabolism, GI Index, Nutrition and Food Types, Hydration, BMI, Methods to follow, Money saving tips and more.  Now that may seem a bit of gobbledy-gook to you, but they have managed to keep it short and simple, while still giving you adequate information. The rest of the site features also managed to impress me and I will briefly take you over my findings now.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The lifestyle questionnaire is designed to get info about your personal health situation and the team use this in order to give you personal advice on what you can do to improve you quest in weight loss.  The Diet Generator was fantastic and allows you to tell it what food you like and dislike, then transforms this information into a 2 week eating plan! The calorie Diary lets you keep track of your daily calorie intake, and the Recipe section is full of exciting recipes to try.  The forum was a good community full of people with the same goals who where sharing their experiences and achievements. So as you may have gathered already, I was very impressed with this package as a whole and will most certainly be recommending it to future clients.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There are many sites out there that claim to help you lose weight, but I can tell you from my knowledge that most are scams, and a lot are very unhealthy.  The Simple Diet Guide is none of these and it is definitely worth the small investment as they claim, and I back them up on the fact that you WILL lose weight if you stick to this plan. Either way one thing is for certain if you want to be successful you are going to need to exercise to lose weight.</p>
<p>For years people have been in search of a magic pill or secret formula that will help them slim down. We’ve all seen the late night television commercials or magazine advertisements that claim they can help you lose ten or twenty pounds within days and without any exercise. The truth is that the only effective way to win the battle of the bulge is through a combination of diet and exercise to lose weight.</p>
<p>If you are used to living a sedentary lifestyle it’s important to acknowledge that it’s probably been a contributing factor to your current weight. Our bodies need to keep moving in order to effectively metabolize food. If we don’t take the time to exercise the food we eat will not be burned off and we’ll start to gain weight.</p>
<p>Shifting from a primarily motionless existence to that of someone who regularly exercises can be a challenge. One of the keys when you want to exercise to lose weight is to choose an activity that you really enjoy. If you can’t stand being in the water, don’t join a swimming class and if running isn’t one of your interests, racing around the track at your local high school won’t last long.</p>
<p>Walking is one of the best forms of exercise and it’s both inexpensive and easy to do. It’s also appealing to people who have little to no interest in exercise classes. If you use walking as an exercise to lose weight you’ll not only burn calories you will also help speed up your metabolism.</p>
<p>It’s also one activity that you can do regardless of where you are. You don’t have to join an expensive gym or purchase any equipment at all, aside from a good pair of walking shoes. Walking is an exercise to lose weight that people of all ages and all fitness levels can do.</p>
<p>Once you begin to see the scale inching downwards and you feel your clothes become less tight you’ll feel spurred on to continue with your plan to exercise to lose weight. In addition to purchasing a new wardrobe once you hit your goal weight you’ll also have to find a new resolution when next January arrives.</p>

Of course, Demi has likely had help by some other means as well, but we know that Jennifer Aniston has had no work done on her body and is a religious follower of the Zone diet.</div>

But the great thing about Weight Watchers is that it is readily available for all of us common folks, from the stores and clinics where you weigh in to the many entrees and desserts available in the frozen section of your nearest grocery store. People are assigned points to each food, and given your current weight and how much you want to lose; you are allowed a certain number of points per day. This makes it very easy to follow!</div>

Pop star Fergie downs tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Hey, nobody said these stars look the way they do easily.</div>
