It can happen at any age, though it is rare for it to happen to those just entering adulthood. Poor eating and lifestyle habits are attributed to many heart conditions, but sometimes things happen that aren’t related to either.</p>
<p>I have a friend who is right now dealing with the reality of a possible heart condition, even though he is one of the healthiest people I know. He gets very regular exercise and is only in his mid thirties. If anyone would have told me a year ago he may have a heart condition, I would have told him or her that they were crazy. As it turns out, this is a real possibility for him, even though the doctors aren’t sure what is going on yet.</p>
<p>It is important that you know what is going on with your heart at all times. If something is not right, you should make sure you talk to your doctor. Don’t dismiss a racing heart when you are trying to go to sleep, or anything else that may seem out of the ordinary. If you are having unexplained fainting spells, don’t dismiss it as nothing, even if your doctor does. This can often point to a drop in blood pressure, and it needs to be taken care of as soon as possible. If no one seems to have the answers, keep looking until you find a doctor that can help you.</p>
<p>If you are concerned that you may have a heart condition, make an appointment to see your doctor, and go ahead and look online for more information. Remember that all online information is something that should be used as research only, and you shouldn’t try to treat yourself based on this information. Print out anything you find that you may think is relevant, and give it to your doctor for further discussion. A heart condition is not something you should take lightly, and make sure you speak up until you are heard, even if the doctors are telling you that nothing is wrong.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Although there is not universal scientific agreement on the health benefits of relaxation and meditation, anyone who has used the simple and powerful techniques thinks the same thing.  The benefits are real!  The real problem is that there is so much money to be made from anything that will make people feel better.  We are so stressed in our high energy daily lives, that even taking a few moments to clear the head can have dramatic results.  The problem is that so-called spiritual leaders will turn as to their own end.  For example, religious Christians will say that it is safe to enjoy the benefits of Christian meditation, but other forms could lead you straight into sin and damnation.  Meanwhile, proponents of transcendental meditation will claim that theirs is is the best, and look askance at anyone who does anything different than they do.</p>
<p>The important thing for you term member is that the benefits of meditation do not depend on which type you use, but in how you do it.  Although different schools may stress one benefit of meditation or another one, the important thing is for you just to get started.  Almost any form of meditation will work, and that is a fact.</p>
<p>In my experience, the best benefits of meditation are had from the most simple practices.  If you are new to meditation and want to give it a try, try something simple at first.  You do not need a teacher to reap the benefits of meditation.  A lot of people say that you do, but they are usually teachers or religious fanatics who will try to scare you with claims that if you are not properly trained, meditation can actually cause harm instead of good.  This is rubbish.  No one was ever harmed by just simply concentrating on their breathing, and this is the core of almost any good meditation.</p>
<p>If you want to investigate the benefits of meditation for yourself, here is what you should do: you should set aside 15 minutes every morning to just sit still and concentrate on your breath.  That is it.  There is no need to pray and invoke any particular deity, although feel free to if it makes you more comfortable.  I have tried many different forms and many different schools, and I can tell you that the full benefits of meditation can come simply from concentrating on the breath with the eyes closed.</p>

From hunger, to disease, to birth defects, to war; it seems like there is no end to the struggle. Then there are folks out there who add more evil to the game of life. I&#8217;m referring to drug addiction and alcoholism. What is the point of all this. These are without a doubt choices that can be made. So many people struggle without the benefit of choices, and yet others choose to destroy themselves. Does this ring any bells with anyone? What a stupid question, huh?</p>
<p>Maybe you or someone you know has been afflicted with drug addiction? Are you aware of the initial reason for taking the drugs? My guess is stupidity. Possibly a lack of will power or autonomy. I will be the first to admit that I have no sympathy or compassion for those who suffer from drug addictions. The only way I can see it as something inflicted upon another is if it was passed from mother to child before birth. That is a tragedy, no doubt. Now, for all the people out there who choose drugs for mere pleasure or &#8220;recreational fun,&#8221; you could die for all I care. This is a burden you are intentionally imposing upon yourself. You would have to be stuck at the level of a kindergartener to be this idiotic. My seven year old even knows not to take drugs. One thing is for certain; if you are stuck in a rut, and simply can&#8217;t break free of your drug addiction, then you&#8217;d better acquire some assistance. Have a friend or relative help you. Get into rehab as soon as physically possible. The quicker the better.</p>
<p>Read all you can on drug addiction and the infinite problems that go along with it. In my opinion it&#8217;s a simply pros and cons topic. What are the pros? Drugs may offer you some sort of escapism. I don&#8217;t doubt that. Guess what; film and reading offer escapism too. Now, what are the cons of drug addiction? Ha, are you kidding me? The list will go on forever. Why not start with financial ruins, loss of health, loss of friends and family, and loss of career? This is just to get started. So before you make the decision to try some useless drug, I&#8217;d remember the pros and cons.</p>
