SimpleDietGuide, Does it work?So you’ve heard about the new weight loss program that everybody is shouting about, right? And you want to know what all the fuss is about, and most of all – does it actually work or is it just another scam? Well let me introduce myself first. My name is William Messruther and I am an experienced dieting consultant.
I have been studying and working in this field for 6 years now. In particular I spend most of my time studying the latest fad diets and wether or not they actually work, followed by the effects they can have on people. So now you know a little about me, lets get back to the point of this article already!I have received a lot of emails recently from people asking about this diet program called The Simple Diet Guide, so I thought it was about time I checked this one out. At first I thought, “Oh here we go, yet another money making machine on the loose trying to scam people out of their hard earned pennies!”, but to my amazement this was actually not the case! The Simple Diet Guide offers two packages, gold and platinum – both of which are reasonably priced.
For my studies I went with the Platinum package to see everything they have to offer. Upon signing up and logging in, things are looking good already! The members area is nice and bold and has 6 main features which comprise of; a downloadable PDF which is the actual 60 page Dieting Guide, a Lifestyle Questionnaire, a Diet Generator, a Calorie Diary, a Printable Recipe Section, and a Community Forum. The main thing I want to talk about is the Diet Guide they offer. I have read this from top to bottom and I can tell you that this is the real deal, seemingly written by professionals. (more…)

“Fitness” food is believed to be good choices for those who are on diet while some of them are likely to put on your weight if you have no control on them. Muffins It’s better not to choose a whole piece of chocolate muffins as your breakfast. The calorie of a 100-gram chocolate muffin accounts for about 1/10 of total daily calories intake of an ordinary adult. Muffin contain large amounts of fat, sugars, though some people think it is a kind of weight loss food with nutritional value. Actually, muffin is just a kind of cake. Smoothie It is a popular drink for breakfasts or exercise breaks. In fact, fresh fruit could be a sensible choice. Although smoothie is made from nutritious fruit, it’s added with sugar which makes it high in calorie. Nuts Nuts are important sources of healthy fat and fiber. However, most nuts, like almond, cashew, happy fruit and sunflower seeds, should be controlled in 1/4 capacity of a cup. Nuts are high-calorie food, though Healthy fat is a necessity for body growth. Get control of the intake. Don’t mistakenly assume that they are low in calories and you can rest assured to eat how much as you like, or excessive calories would be eaten. Sushi Most people think that sushi can be a kind of low-calorie food. Actually, about 10 pieces of sushi, though small in size, have equal calorie with two bowls rice. If you choose high-heat sushi, such as eel, roe artisan, crab salads, tuna salads and soya sheet sushi, etc, five or six pieces are equivalent to calorie of a hamburger. For fitness sushi, you’d better choose the oil free and sauceless sushi and sashimi. Dip a little Japanese mustard before eating, for it has bactericidal effect and can reduce stomach discomfort to sushi. In a word, healthy diet is a key to fitness and health.

Fitness is a way of thinking and being. Fitness is physical and mental too: a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. The good habits developed in improving your physique and strength and stamina often pay off in a sense of well-being and a cleaner, healthier view of your place in this challenging world. To realize the best possible fitness program for you, listen to your body. This means paying attention to its moods and rhythms. It translates to limbering up your body regularly through a routine of stretching and basic aerobics.
Regular, daily walking is an often overlooked tool in establishing a foundation for fitness. Its benefits have been praised for good reason. The oldest kinetic human activity is naturally good for us while avoiding stressing joints and muscles. A solid, crisp-paced 35-40 minute daily walk maintains an aerobic baseline, helps circulation and boots energy and mood. Different people have different bodies, different histories of physical activity and varying levels of confidence in the physical realm. A fitness program designed for a 37 year old man with a background in competitive sports shares limited attributes with one geared to an 80 year old woman who wants to battle osteoporosis. Though her effort is just as valid as his, the mechanics of achievement will be different.
Fitness might be taken for devotion. If the body is a temple, then fitness programs might be forms of worship. True fitness is based on a sympathetic attitude towards the body. Body and mind, mind and body. They are meant to work together. Even if the mind is the body’s master in some ways, don’t turn this into tyranny. Many of our neuroses stem from a too-powerful brain that turns into something like an opponent.
